From the Series

Forward Together

This six-part series reflects on the history, legacy, and future of ChinaSource as it continues to serve the global church in a changing era. Through stories, reflections, and voices shaped by ChinaSource’s work, we look back with gratitude and forward with renewed vision—exploring how this shared ministry can remain faithful, relevant, and collaborative for the years ahead. We invite readers and partners to join us in carrying the story forward: strengthening prayer, elevating Chinese voices, and deepening global partnership in the gospel.

In early February we introduced the ChinaSource vision campaign entitled A Renewed Vision for the Chinese Church in a New Era. Throughout the campaign we have shared our vision and mission, God’s calling for ChinaSource as represented in the campaign’s Four Strategic Priorities, and provided updates and measurable ministry outcomes along the way.

On behalf of our Founder Brent Fulton, and the entire ChinaSource team—staff and board alike—I want to thank you for your interest and response thus far. While the public phase of the vision campaign will finish on April 30, the campaign itself will not end until the end of the ChinaSource fiscal year, September 30, 2026, so that friends who are still being introduced to this vision will have time to prayerfully consider their involvement and provide their gifts and pledges. We are about 60% of the way to both our cash, pledge, and legacy gift goals. So, we’re praising and thanking our Heavenly Father, and grateful for your prayers and support!

That means one thing: We need your help to finish.

Special Thanks to Our Ministry Partners

We also want to express our special thanks to close friends and partners in the gospel John Swem, Andy PearceKevin Xiyi Yao, and Jerry An, for their heartfelt contributions to the Forward Together series on the ChinaSource website, expressing our shared experiences in ministry together. They especially touched upon the powerful community and synergy in Christ we experience together in seeking the ministry bottom line: the powerful advance of the kingdom of God through partnership in the gospel of Jesus Christ, between the church in China, the diaspora, and the global church.

A Few Reminders

Still Time

There is still time to offer your gifts and pledges to support the vision campaign, and we continue to be thankful for your prayerful consideration of financial support, prayer, and introductions to interested friends.

A Gift of Legacy

If you haven’t already, we would be grateful if you would consider a legacy gift to ChinaSource to help ensure this unique ministry will continue to grow and bear much fruit in the years ahead, Lord willing. Our goal for legacy gifts is $500,000. So far, $295,000 has been pledged. Thank you for praying about this.

ChinaSource Connect

Please join us on Thursday, April 30, for ChinaSource Connect, a virtual gathering which will feature updates on the church in China and insights about how ChinaSource is responding through prayer, global connection, and strategic collaboration.

Our North Star

As we move forward, seeking God’s will and direction for ChinaSource, we hold on to one constant truth and promise—Our crucified and risen Lord Jesus Christ is advancing his kingdom and fulfilling his Father’s will and plan for the ages in the power of the Holy Spirit. It is our honor to follow him and to partner with you for his glory among the nations!
