Fr. Joseph Ruan
Fr. Joseph Ruan is a priest of the Archdiocese of New York. He holds a doctorate in Moral Theology from the Pontifical Lateran University and studied at Alphonsian Academy (Accademia Alfonsiana) in Rome. He currently serves at Holy Rosary Church in Staten Island, working with Chinese Catholic Apostolate communities and focusing on pastoral ministry.
