Andrea Lee

Andrea Lee is the Content Manager at ChinaSource, where she leads editorial planning and development across English- and Chinese-language content. She commissions and edits articles, develops thematic series, and works with guest editors on ChinaSource Journal. Her work brings her into ongoing conversation with writers, pastors, and scholars in China and across the global Chinese diaspora.

Andrea has been closely involved in ChinaSource’s expansion into bilingual publishing, helping create space for Chinese Christians to share their own stories and perspectives while inviting readers across languages, cultures, and Christian traditions to learn from one another. Her editorial approach emphasizes careful listening, thoughtful storytelling, and the relationships that can grow out of deeper understanding.

Originally from Taiwan, Andrea holds a BA in Chinese Language and Literature from Tunghai University and an MA in Comparative Literature from SOAS, University of London. Drawing on her background in Chinese Christian ministries and publishing, she writes about faith, culture, identity, and the changing landscape of Chinese Christianity.

She lives in Irvine, California, with her family.
