China My Love: Pastor Taylor

•

The past few years has seen the rise of Weibo (micro-blogging) in China, with Sina, China's largest internet portal claiming to have more than 300 million members. Weibo is China's version of Twitter, allowing users to post messages limited to 140 characters. Unlike Twitter, however, photos and videos can be embedded directly into posts.

On the occasion of Dr. James Hudson IIIs death in 2009, Sina Weibo user @何超人 posted a short video highlighting his life and work in China. The video clip can be found on the Sina video channel.

Here is the comment that was posted along with the video:

China, My LovePastor Taylor. Among the many missionaries who came to China, Hudson Taylor was very different. He handed down his love of the Chinese Church from generation to generation. (lists the name of his descendants down to James). Here is a short video clip about James Taylor III.(note: the video clip may not be available if accessing the site outside of China)
