德詩婷任職於香港中文大學，主要研究當代中國基督教，特別關注中國知識分子在處境神學、學術神學及基督教研究領域的貢獻。她也曾翻譯當代中國學者的著作，現任中國基督宗教研究學會（China Christianity Studies Group）主任，並擔任《景風》（Ching Feng）期刊副主編。
